What Are Your Office Hours?

I work Monday through Friday. I schedule clients between 8:30AM and 6:00PM. I do my best to reserve my after-school hours for teens. 

What is Your Cancellation Policy? 

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. I need 48 hours notice or I will charge for a late cancellation. I charge 1/2 your fee for a late cancellation and your full fee for a no-show (or a cancellation with less than two hours notice). I do not like charging for missed sessions. If you need to change your session time and I have an alternative time available during the same week I will gladly reschedule. 

What Do You Charge? 

I bill $250.00/session. Clients can expect that initial consultation sessions will be 60 minutes in duration. Subsequent sessions will be 45-50 minutes. 

Do You Have A Sliding Scale?

I offer a sliding scale to returning clients and current clients facing unexpected financial challenges. 

What Are Your Payment Policies? 

Payment is expected at time of service. As part of the intake process I will collect credit card information. I will charge this card usually within 48 hours of your session. Health Savings Account cards (HSAs) can be used to pay for mental health services. 

Do You Accept Insurance? 

I am no longer on insurance panels but I will gladly work with a client’s out-of-network benefits. Before your initial consultation please confirm if you have an out-of-network benefit. I will bill your credit card at time of service then follow up with a monthly statement of services and payments which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Do You Offer a Phone Consultation Prior to an Initial Session? 

I am happy to connect via phone or facetime for a brief (10-15minute) initial consultation prior to scheduling a full consultation session.
